Refunds and subscription cancellation

Refund. If the report does not satisfy you — write to us and we will refund on first request, without questionnaires or asking for reasons.

Subscription. The price and billing period are always shown on the payment button. You can cancel the subscription in one click — the cancellation link is in every issue email. After cancellation, access remains until the end of the paid period and no further charges occur.

Report access. The access link is emailed after payment. Lost the email? Request a resend on the «Restore access» page.
